This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a remote work environment.
Position Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support across scheduling, communication, document management, and general administrative coordination. You will play an important role in helping internal processes run smoothly and ensuring team members have the information and support they need to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Monitor emails and respond to routine communications in a timely and professional manner
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files, records, and documents
Assist with data entry, reporting, and updating internal systems
Coordinate virtual meetings and distribute agendas, notes, and follow-up items
Support document creation, formatting, and proofreading
Help track deadlines, priorities, and administrative requests across teams
Order, organize, or coordinate business-related supplies and vendor communications as needed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information
Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members

Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar support role
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Comfort working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and virtual meeting platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
